Client’s Certification of Legal Compliance. Client certifies to Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx and Associates, LLC that the information it receives will not be used in violation of any applicable federal, state or local laws. Client’s Certification of Legal Compliance. CLIENT hereby certifies to Sapphire Check LLC that the information products it receives will not be used in violation of any applicable federal or state equal employment opportunity laws or regulations. CLIENT accepts full responsibility for using the information products it receives from Sapphire Check LLC in a legally acceptable fashion and for the consequences of use and/or dissemination of those information products (Initial). CLIENT agrees to put into place reasonable policies and/or procedures to ensure the fair and equitable use of background information and to secure to the extent possible the confidentiality of each individual's private information. As one aspect of this commitment, CLIENT agrees to take precautionary measures to protect the security and dissemination of background information including but not limited to safeguarding access to such information by restricting access to terminal devices used to obtain such information, utilizing passwords to restrict access to such terminal devices, and securing access to, dissemination and destruction of hard copy reports (Initial). CLIENT certifies that it will retain any information it receives from Sapphire Check LLC as well as applicant disclosure and authorization for a period of five years from the date the report was run as required in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (Initial)
Client’s Certification of Legal Compliance. Client certifies that the information it accesses from OPENonline will not be used in violation of any applicable federal, state or local laws. Client accepts full responsibility for complying with all such laws and for using the information it accesses from OPENonline in a legally acceptable fashion. Client certifies to OPENonline that any information accessed from OPENonline will not be used for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”). Client understands and agrees that it is strictly prohibited from using any information accessed from OPENonline for employment screening, tenant screening, credit screening, insurance underwriting or any other purpose that is governed by the FCRA. Client represents and warrants that any information accessed from OPENonline shall not be used for such purposes.
Client’s Certification of Legal Compliance. In utilizing Credential Check’s services, Client is considered an “End User” of consumer reports and/or investigative consumer reports under the FCRA and applicable state law. Client shall be responsible for identifying and complying with all federal, state, local and foreign laws and regulations (jointly, “Compliance Laws” applicable to Client in connection with its request and use of Background Check Reports. Client agrees that it will comply with the End User Certification of Compliance (Addendum A).

  • Certification of Compliance The Owner may permit the use, prior to sampling and testing, of certain materials or assemblies when accompanied by manufacturer's certificates of compliance stating that such materials or assemblies fully comply with the requirements of the contract. The certificate shall be signed by the manufacturer. Each lot of such materials or assemblies delivered to the work must be accompanied by a certificate of compliance in which the lot is clearly identified.   • Certification of Contractor The Contractor shall certify, over his own signature, that the Work provided for by the Contract Documents has been completed under the terms and conditions thereof, and that the entire balance of the contract is due and payable.

  • Certification of Completion Certification of completion of the program will be contingent upon Resident successfully completing the core requirements of the Program, returning all property of the Medical Center such as books, equipment, etc., and having settled any other professional or financial obligations to the Medical Center.   • Certification and Licensure If the Appointing Authority decides to implement a new licensure and/or certification requirement, the Appointing Authority shall, upon request of the Union, meet and confer on the subject of reimbursement of necessary expenses involved in obtaining the licensure or certification for current employees in the job classification.
