Common use of Statement of Charges - Issuance Clause in Contracts

Statement of Charges - Issuance. Upon the filing of the Statement of Charges, County Counsel shall either cause a copy thereof to be delivered to the employee personally, or sent to the employee by certified or registered mail at the last known mailing address of the employee on file in the Personnel Department. Included with the Statement of Charges shall be a form entitled "Notice of Defense" which, when completed, signed by or on behalf of the employee, and returned to the Personnel Department, will acknowledge service of the Statement of Charges.
