Common use of Statement of Federal Funding Clause in Contracts

Statement of Federal Funding. When issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and any and all other public documents or announcements describing the project or program funded by this Agreement, Grantee agrees and warrants that it shall clearly state:(1) the percentage of the total cost of the program or project which will be financed with federal money, and (2) the dollar amount of federal funds for the project or program.
