Common use of Statement of Grievance Clause in Contracts

Statement of Grievance. The Statement of Grievance must be in writing and contain the following: i) A description of how the alleged dispute is in violation of the agreement including the identification by specific reference to all provisions of the agreement alleged to be violated, if applicable, and ii) A statement of the fact to support such grievance, and iii) The relief sought, and iv) The signature of the duly authorized official of the party making the grievance.
