Station Service; Retail Electric Service. Generator must purchase Station Service from the local electric service provider in accordance with the Georgia Territorial Electric Service Act; if purchased from GPC, Station Service will be provided under GPC’s standard rates, consistent with 18 C.F.R. § 292.305. If any additional electric service is required to serve auxiliary equipment (ancillary equipment at or otherwise supporting the Facility, including lights and security equipment and systems (e.g., gates and cameras)), Generator must: (i) purchase that service from the local electric service provider in accordance with the Georgia Territorial Electric Service Act; (ii) install a separate meter for such service; and (iii) if purchasing from GPC, pay any installation costs, in accordance with GPC’s standard procedures for establishing retail service.

  • Electric Service 1. The Authority shall make available Electric Service to enable the Customer to receive the Allocation in accordance with this Agreement, Service Tariff No. WNY-2 and the Rules.

  • Energy Resource Interconnection Service (ER Interconnection Service).

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code.
