Status of Accrued Sick Leave and Paid. Leave Upon Reemployment of Resigned Employee. Any employee who resigns in good standing and who is reemployed within one (1) year from the date of his/her resignation shall be credited with the amount of sick leave accrued to his/her credit on the effective date of his/her resignation.
