STATUS OF BANKED FLCs. The District shall establish an in-house escrow account reserved for unit banking. All monies, which would otherwise be required to pay the faculty member for the overload assignment being banked, will be deposited in the escrow account. Such funds will be held to hire necessary substitute or part-time employees during the time when the banked FLCs are applied to an earned leave or when disbursement is required to the faculty or faculty member’s estate.
