Common use of Status of investigation Clause in Contracts

Status of investigation. In the event that an employee is interviewed or otherwise notified of an investigation that could result in disciplinary action, the employee will be notified of the status of the investigation within fourteen (14) days of such interview or notice or as otherwise mutually agreed.
