Status of Lessee. All of the Lessee's common stock is owned beneficially and of record by the Guarantor.
Status of Lessee. 20.1. The Lessee shall operate under the Lease as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, or joint venturer of the City. The Lessee's operations will not be supervised by any employee or official of the City, nor will the Lessee exercise supervision over any employee or official of the City. The Lessee shall not represent that Lessee is an employee, agent, or joint venturer of the City. The Lessee shall supply all personnel, equipment, and materials at the Lessee's sole expense. The Lessee is not entitled to Workers' Compensation benefits from the City and is obligated to pay federal and state income tax on money earned pursuant to the Lease.
Status of Lessee. It is agreed that Lessee is an independent Contractor and not an employee of the City, and that any persons who the Lessee utilizes under this Lease are employees of the Lessee and are not employees of the City of Madison.
Status of Lessee. Lessee, under the terms of this Agreement, shall not be in control or possession of the Airport, except as to those portions as set forth in Exhibits A-F attached hereto and made a part hereof, and Lessee does not assume responsibility for the conduct or operation of the Airport or for the physical or other conditions of the portions thereof not included within the Leased Premises as set forth in this Agreement. Lessee is and shall be an independent contractor and operator, responsible to all parties for all of its acts and omissions, and County shall in no way be responsible therefore.

Private Individual The Lessee is a Private individual, copy of Aadhaar card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India towards Photo identity and address proof of the lessee is enclosed vide Annexure - IV. State wise lease held by the lessee: Lessee is not having any other ML/PL either in Karnataka or in other States of India and not applying for any lease simultaneously and do not have any joint interest with any other.
Status of Lessee. A majority of the membership interests of the Lessee is owned (directly or indirectly) beneficially and of record by the Guarantor.
Status of Lessee. Not less than fifty percent (50%) of the voting membership interests of the Lessee is owned (directly or indirectly) beneficially and of record by the Guarantor.
