Status of the Agreement. 10.1 If there is at any time any conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and the Articles, then the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail over the Articles unless the Council directs otherwise. The Parties shall procure that the Articles are amended to accord with the provisions of this Agreement in the event of any conflict.
