STATUTE CHANGES. Except as otherwise indicated in this Article, in the event legislative action by the Ohio General Assembly occurs at or after this Negotiated Agreement becomes effective, that impacts teacher evaluations, and that requires modification to this Negotiated Agreement to conform to the new statute, the parties to this Negotiated Agreement shall discuss this topic to determine whether adjustments are appropriate during the term of this Negotiated Agreement. If the parties determine adjustments are appropriate, the parties may agree to reopen negotiations for purposes of this Article only.
