Statutory Employee Benefits. Upon application of an employee or authorized representative of the Union, the Employer will furnish evidence that it has complied with all statutory requirements with respect to worker’s compensation, unemployment compensation, old age and survivor’s insurance and any other statutory benefits to which employees of the Employer are entitled.
