Statutory/Regulatory Requirements. The Consultant agrees to comply with all applicable federal and state statutory requirements, including but not limited to Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and the Owner’s regulatory requirements (e.g., policies, regulations, and procedures).
Statutory/Regulatory Requirements. Some statutory and regulatory provisions overlap others. Where there is a conflict, the most stringent provision applies including any state or local laws/regulation/codes which may be more stringent than Federal requirements.
