STEP 3 – TO BOARD OF EDUCATION. If a satisfactory disposition of the grievance is not reached at Step 2; the grievant may appeal to the Board of Education by filing a written appeal with the Superintendent within ten (10) days after receipt of the Superintendent’s decision. The Board of Education shall consider the grievance within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of the appeal by the Superintendent. The grievant shall be provided an oral hearing before the Board. The Board shall render its decision in writing with supporting reasons with a copy to the Association, within five (5) days after the meeting at which the grievance is considered.
