Common use of Step Four: SUPERINTENDENT Clause in Contracts

Step Four: SUPERINTENDENT. (a) Any appeal of a decision rendered by the Executive Director of Support Services shall be presented in writing to the Superintendent of Schools, or his designee, within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the decision rendered by the Executive Director of Support Services. The appeal shall state the reason or reasons why the decision of the Executive Director of Support Services was not satisfactory.
