Step III – Formal. If the employee is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance in Step II, or if no disposition has been made within the above time limits, the grievant and/or the Association shall complete the grievance report form, Step III, and submit the grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10) days of receipt of disposition, with copies of same given to the immediate supervisor and the Association representative. Within five (5) days of receipt of the form, the Superintendent or his/her designated representative shall meet with the grievant and/or the Association representative. Within five (5) days of this meeting, the Superintendent shall indicate in writing the disposition of the grievance by completing the appropriate portion of the grievance report form and forwarding it to the employee. The Association and the immediate supervisor shall be notified in writing of said disposition by the Superintendent.
