Common use of Step Progression Clause in Contracts

Step Progression. (i) All Employees who have completed their probationary period and whose wage is below the maximum for their pay grade will advance through the Salary Grid (see: Schedule A) by way of set progression increments until the highest step is attained.

Step Progression. (i) All Employees who have completed their probationary period and whose wage is below the maximum for their pay grade job classification will advance through the Salary Grid (see: Schedule A) wage grid by way of set progression increments until the highest step is attained.
