Step Three – Resolution or Referral for Review. The Vice President of Patient Care Services shall respond to the grievance or refer it to a reviewing Employer representative within seven (7) working days of receipt. A copy of the Vice President of Patient Care Services’ resolution or notice of referral will be provided to the Nurse grievant, and CRONA, and the Director of Employee Labor Relations, or designee.
