STEP TWO - WRITTEN NOTICE OF A GRIEVANCE. (a) The aggrieved employee(s) shall submit details in writing or discuss the alleged grievance with the Union, stating the circumstances and history of the grievance. (b) If the Union considers the grievance justified, within five (5) working days the Union will send full details of the grievance in writing to the Xxxx or designate. Where possible, the remedy or solution sought should be identified.
