STEP TWO - WRITTEN NOTICE OF A GRIEVANCE. (a) The aggrieved employee(s) shall submit details in writing or discuss the alleged grievance with the Union, stating the circumstances and history of the grievance. (b) If the Union considers the grievance justified, within five (5) working days the Union will send full details of the grievance in writing to the Xxxx or designate. Where possible, the remedy or solution sought should be identified. (c) The Xxxx or designate shall conduct a meeting with a Union representative and the aggrieved party to occur within five (5) working days of receipt of the written grievance to discuss and settle the dispute. (d) The Xxxx or designate shall respond in writing to the grievance within five
