Sterilization Sample Clauses

Sterilization. All glassware shall be sterilized. Aseptic conditions shall be used in the preparation of all solu- tions and in carrying out all hydrolysis experiments to eliminate or minimize biodegradation. Glassware can be steri- lized in an autoclave or by any other suitable method.

Sterilization. Sterilization is a Covered Service.

Sterilization. The [***] system containing the Priming solution and the component maintenance solutions is terminally sterilised (autoclave process) to a Sterility Assurance Level of [***].

Sterilization. If an Animal cannot be sterilized prior to placement with the Organization, the Organization agrees to have the Animal sterilized within 90 days and provide evidence of this to ACC. The Organization will not permit any Animal to breed.

Sterilization. The Sterilization strategy is to be 3X EtO capable, which will be the same as current marketed devices (self expandable stents). Previous Cordis validations will be leveraged for sterilization. DV/PQ units for both product and its packaging for the 36 new Carotid Stent Delivery System catalogs - 57cm length will be subjected to three EtO sterilization cycles. Sterilization. 5.1.4.1 Withstand 2x ETO Sterilization.

Sterilization. The CONTRACTOR shall: 4.2.24.1 Provide sterilization services in accordance with 42 CFR Part 441 Subpart F. 4.2.24.2 Ensure sterilization for a male or female meet the reporting and documentation requirements as outlined in the Managed Care Process and Procedure Manual and applicable manuals.

Sterilization. If this Dog has not been sterilized prior to this adoption, you agree to enter into a Sterilization Agreement with us simultaneously with this Agreement, and to have the Dog sterilized in accordance with the Sterilization Agreement. The adoption donation described below covers the cost to spay or neuter the dog. Shortly after the adoption you will receive from us a certificate or other paper work to have the dog spayed or neutered at a particular low cost Spay/Neuter clinic. If pet not spay/neuter please see Exhibit A attached to this contract.

Sterilization. The BUYER agrees to sterilize the Dog, at the BUYER’s own expense. Sterilization includes a traditional spay or neuter, a vasectomy, or an ovary-sparing spay (OSS). Sterilization must be done no earlier than 12 months and no later than 36 months. In addition, if the Dog is female, it must not be spayed before its first heat cycle. Ideally, the female Dog should be spayed halfway in-between the second and third heat cycles. Even if the female Dog has its first heat before 12 months, it cannot be spayed before 12 months. Within one (1) month of the procedure, the BUYER must provide proof of the procedure to the SELLER.

Sterilization. LSO warrants that its sterilization services shall be conducted by certified facilities to meet or exceed industry sterilization standards. Any claim relating to the sterilization warranty must be submitted to LSO in writing, accompanied by representative samples, within ten (10) days after receipt of the sterilized product from LSO.
