STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN a key deliverable of the engagement is the creation a strategic professional development plan (PDP) by the client. Client will develop SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic & Timely) goals as part of the development plan. This PDP will result from interactions around key development points combined with results of assessments and feedback received. The PDP will also act as reinforcement of developing strengths, and will serve as a roadmap for client’s future growth as a leader. At the conclusion of the engagement, a completion meeting may be held where client will present his/her ongoing PDP to their manager.
