Coaching Services. There are two aspects to coaching. The first includes the strategies and tactics and doing "internal work;" identifying and updating the core beliefs and habits currently creating Your life experiences. The second aspect is what makes this sustainable while creating ever-growing levels of accomplishment. You are the greatest expert on Your own life. I will help You to get in touch with that expert, Your own inner coach. That part of You knows exactly what You want and gives You clues every day about what to do next. Working with Your vision of what You want Your work and Your life to look like, You and I will use those clues to take actions that lead to extraordinary results. By learning to pay attention to these clues, Your attention will be drawn to interactions. decisions and relationships. Your intuition and trust in yourself will dramatically improve Your decision-making, timing, and results. Your work and Your life then becomes a very enjoyable and continuous process of growth and achievement. Having a clear Coaching Agreement establishes a foundation for our work together. Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating Your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process. Coaching Services. Coach agrees to be the “Head Coach” of the Team and to perform all of the duties and services necessary and normally associated with that position, including, without limitation, the following:
Coaching Services. The parties agreed to engage in a 4 to 6 month coaching program as outlined in an opening meeting coaching kickoff meeting in September 2023. This meeting contemplated several opening sessions with the client, the subsequent development of this agreement, and a listing of goals and action items to focus on during the term of the relationship. The meeting also outlined reconnecting with sponsors during the term of the coaching program and some terms for sharing client progress with sponsors. As discussed, homework assignments are anticipated as well as specific reading and listening material specific to the needs of the client. The Gallup CliftonStrength assessment will be an ongoing reference tool to help the client, but other assessments might be considered, such as a multi-rater 360.
Coaching Services. The Client engages the Coach to provide the services described in the Schedule (“the Services”) to the Client and the Coach agrees to provide the Services upon the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. In entering into this Agreement the Client has relied upon the Coach’s representation that they are a genuinely self‐employed coach carrying on a business on their own account and that they have the skills, experience and qualifications which will enable them to perform the Services to the standards specified and required by the Client. For the avoidance of doubt each party:

Coaching Services. The Supplier shall provide individual and group Coaching Services to Buyers on specific areas of concern or organisational issues. Buyer shall provide details of the requirements of Coaching Services at Call Off contract stage.

Coaching Services. Client may reschedule or cancel a coaching session without penalty by providing more than 20-day notice prior to the scheduled coaching session date.
i) If Client and/or Client participants reschedule or cancel an onsite coaching session, the schedule set out below shall apply.
ii) If Client and/or Client participants reschedule or cancel a telephone or virtual coaching session, within two (2) calendar days of a scheduled session, 100% of the session fee shall apply and the session is forfeited by Client.
iii) Client may request and purchase a replacement session at the current list price or fee as agreed to by the parties.
