STRATEGIC PRIORITIES FOR FUNDING FROM THE ESIF. The Common Strategic Framework EU Cohesion policy for the 2014-2020 period provides a single source of guidance for all five European funds (ERDF, ESF, Cohesion funds, EAFRD and EMFF). In compliance with the partnership principle, the national, regional and local authorities used this reference framework as basis for the preparation of the Partnership Agreement’s strategy, with commitment to achievement of common European targets of the Europe 2020 Strategy168 and the EU Strategy for the Danube Region. Some of new moments of EU Cohesion Policy, which are closely related to PA strategy, are as follows:  Cohesion Policy will continue to operate as a solidarity instrument, as well as a key instrument for improving the overall competitiveness of the EU and meeting social, economic and environmental challenges. In accordance with this, the ESIF will focus on 11 common thematic objectives169.  Cohesion Policy will also become a key instrument for conducting reforms, as the effective spending of financial resources is tied with the so-called ex-ante conditionalities.  Support170 should focus on a limited number of funding priorities in accordance with specific national and regional development needs and contributing to the achievement of national targets in accordance with the Europe 2020 Strategy.  The funding capacity of the EU is limited as compared to needs. With regard to this, the effective and efficient use of EU funds, national resources, funding or loans from the IFIs, as well as the mobilization of other capital, including private funding, will be crucial for achieving sustainable impact.  Stronger emphasis will be placed on achieving concrete results of planned interventions defined by SMART indicators with clear targets.  Based on the 2009 Barca Report, the Fifth Cohesion Report and art. 174 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU, the special emphasis on the place-based approach in development policies is an explicit requirement of the new Cohesion Policy.   • VISIBILITY OF FUNDING FROM THE OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Unless the SAIDC requests or agrees otherwise, any communication or publication made by the Final Beneficiary that relates to the action, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials (such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations in electronic form, etc.), including tangible assets acquired from the project must: (a) indicate that the action has received funding from the Official Development Assistance, SlovakAid and (b) display the SlovakAid logo. When displayed in association with another logo, the SlovakAid logo must have appropriate prominence. The obligation to display the SlovakAid logo does not confer on the Final Beneficiary a right of exclusive use. The Final Beneficiary may not appropriate the SlovakAid logo or any similar trademark or logo, either by registration or by any other means. For the purposes of the first, second and third subparagraphs and under the conditions specified therein, the Final Beneficiary may use the SlovakAid logo without first obtaining permission from the SAIDC.

  • FUND TRANSFER FACILITIES VIA TBS The Account Holder may apply, in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing and the Bank may, in its reasonable discretion, permit the Account Holder to operate such fund transfer facilities via the TBS, including without limitation, GIRO or direct debit banking system as may be made available by the Bank from time to time. The Account Holder acknowledges that the operation of such fund transfer facilities shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing such facilities.

  • Sale of Note; Change of Loan Servicer; Notice of Grievance The Note or a partial interest in the Note (together with this Security Instrument) can be sold one or more times without prior notice to Borrower. A sale might result in a change in the entity (known as the “Loan Servicer”) that collects Periodic Payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument and performs other mortgage loan servicing obligations under the Note, this Security Instrument, and Applicable Law. There also might be one or more changes of the Loan Servicer unrelated to a sale of the Note. If there is a change of the Loan Servicer, Borrower will be given written notice of the change which will state the name and address of the new Loan Servicer, the address to which payments should be made and any other information RESPA requires in connection with a notice of transfer of servicing. If the Note is sold and thereafter the Loan is serviced by a Loan Servicer other than the purchaser of the Note, the mortgage loan servicing obligations to Borrower will remain with the Loan Servicer or be transferred to a successor Loan Servicer and are not assumed by the Note purchaser unless otherwise provided by the Note purchaser. Neither Borrower nor Lender may commence, join, or be joined to any judicial action (as either an individual litigant or the member of a class) that arises from the other party’s actions pursuant to this Security Instrument or that alleges that the other party has breached any provision of, or any duty owed by reason of, this Security Instrument, until such Borrower or Lender has notified the other party (with such notice given in compliance with the requirements of Section 15) of such alleged breach and afforded the other party hereto a reasonable period after the giving of such notice to take corrective action. If Applicable Law provides a time period which must elapse before certain action can be taken, that time period will be deemed to be reasonable for purposes of this paragraph. The notice of acceleration and opportunity to cure given to Borrower pursuant to Section 22 and the notice of acceleration given to Borrower pursuant to Section 18 shall be deemed to satisfy the notice and opportunity to take corrective action provisions of this Section 20.

In addition, Statistics and Applied Statistics courses (e.g. "Statistics for Behavioral Sciences") with an Intermediate Algebra prerequisite will meet this requirement. Biblical, Theological, & Philosophical Formation- Philosophy Requirement Must be a broad philosophy course such as Intro to Philosophy, History of Philosophy, philosophy-based Logic, Critical Thinking, and Ethics. All other courses must be evaluated by the Department of Theology & Philosophy for transfer. Humanities- History, Literature, & Fine Arts Requirement Must choose one course from each discipline (3 courses total): History, Literature, and Fine Arts. History courses must be survey courses in world, western, or U.S. history (typically split into two time periods). Literature courses must be broad, surveys of literature that explore the literary genres of fiction, drama, and poetry. Fine Arts courses must be broad, survey courses in Art, Music, Drama, or Theater (sometimes History of Cinema, Drama, or Theater courses) covering approximately 100 years. Biology and Chemistry labs cannot be taken online. However, certain majors require specific science courses.   • Suspension of Funding and Project Agency may by written notice to Grantee, temporarily cease funding and require Grantee to stop all, or any part, of the Project dependent upon Grant Funds for a period of up to 180 days after the date of the notice, if Agency has or reasonably projects that it will have insufficient funds from the Funding Source to disburse the full amount of the Grant Funds. Upon receipt of the notice, Grantee must immediately cease all Project activities dependent on Grant Funds, or if that is impossible, must take all necessary steps to minimize the Project activities allocable to Grant Funds. If Agency subsequently projects that it will have sufficient funds, Agency will notify Grantee that it may resume activities. If sufficient funds do not become available, Grantee and Agency will work together to amend this Grant to revise the amount of Grant Funds and Project activities to reflect the available funds. If sufficient funding does not become available or an amendment is not agreed to within a period of 180 days after issuance of the notice, Agency will either (i) cancel or modify its cessation order by a supplemental written notice or (ii) terminate this Grant as permitted by either the termination at Agency’s discretion or for cause provisions of this Grant.
