Strategies The ESC will seek to achieve employment stability strategies as follows: - current and multi-year strategies should be developed within the resources available. Such strategies could include, but not necessarily be limited to, planning, retraining, identifying ways of determining employees= skills, training and experience previously achieved, early retirement, voluntary exit programs, alternative assignment, secondment, employee career counselling, job sharing, job trading, job shadowing, and professional development; - discussions between the parties which explore these possible strategies would assist in the development of appropriate enhancements to Employment Stability; - data which is relevant to employment stability shall be made available to both parties.

Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.
Rates for Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software for Directory Assistance and for Operator Call Processing are as set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, to the extent BellSouth is unable to xxxx Symtelco applicable charges currently, BellSouth shall track such charges and will xxxx the same retroactively at such time as a billing process is implemented. In addition to the charges for Unbranding and Custom Branding via OLNS software, Symtelco shall continue to pay BellSouth applicable labor and other charges for the use of BellSouth's Directory Assistance and Operator Call Processing platforms as set forth in Exhibit C of this Attachment.
Promotion and Protection of Investment (1) Each Contracting Party shall encourage and create favourable conditions for investors of the other Contracting Party to make investments in its territory, and admit such investments in accordance with its laws and policy.
Evaluation and Comparison of Tenders 2.24.1 The Procuring entity will evaluate and compare the tenders which have been determined to be substantially responsive, pursuant to paragraph 2.22
