Strawberry Eligibility Sample Clauses

Strawberry Eligibility. Strawberries are eligible for hail insurance under this Contract notwithstanding they are not an Insurable Crop under the AgriInsurance Contract, but only when the strawberry plant has established and is no longer eligible for Strawberry Establishment Insurance under the AgriInsurance Contract. Any reference in this Contract to an Insurable Crop or Insured Crop shall be deemed to include strawberries.
