Strike and Lock Out Prohibition. A. The TEA will not engage in, or encourage, a strike prohibited by the Public Employment Relations Act (PERA) as amended. B. The Board agrees that it will not lock out any employees or otherwise discipline employees for exercising their rights under PERA.
