STRIKES, STOPPAGES AND LOCKOUTS. (5)(a) Neither the Union nor any of its officials or representatives nor any Union member shall during the life of this Agreement take part in, call, countenance, or encourage any strike or any stoppage or curtailment of any of the Company's operations, or picket any of the Company's operations, or picket any of the Company's premises, or otherwise restrict or interfere with the Company's production. The Union will not cause or permit its members to cause, nor will any member of the Union take part in any strike or stoppage of any of the Company's operations, or picket any of the Company's plants or premises because of any labour dispute, nor will the Union authorize such a strike, stoppage or picketing. Any breach of this clause by any employee shall constitute just cause for discipline, including discharge. The Company shall not during the life of this Agreement engage in any lockout at the Power House.
