STRIKES, STOPPAGES AND LOCKOUTS. 6.01 Since the Agreement provides for an orderly method for the adjustments of disputes, all strikes, stoppages, slowdowns or lockouts are prohibited. If, however, a strike, stoppage or slowdown should occur, the Union shall immediately order the workers to return to work. If a strike, stoppage, slowdown or lockout occurs, the aggrieved party shall have the right to demand an immediate hearing before the Arbitrator or Board of Arbitration on four (4) hours notice.
