Structure of the Financial Exigency Commission (FEC. (a) The FEC shall be composed of three individuals who are at arm’s-length from St. Jerome’s University and the Association, plus two senior members of the SJU professoriate. Of the three individuals at arm’s-length, one shall be appointed by the President, one by the Association, and the third appointed jointly by the President and the Association. One of the two senior members of the SJU professoriate shall be appointed by the President, the other by the Association.
