STRUCTURE OF THE ORGANISATION. THE OC 7.1. The ORGANISER shall constitute an Organising Committee (or a dedicated working group) within its own organisation (hereinafter “OC”) to manage and operate the organisation of the CITY EVENT. 7.2. The organisational charter of the OC shall include all functions needed to cover the organisation of the CITY EVENT. It may provide for sub-committees as appropriate. 7.3. Members of the OC shall have the appropriate competence/experience necessary to carry out their respective functions and duties. They shall be able to communicate in English as working language. 7.4. Once constituted and in operation, the OC shall be in charge of the implementation of the organisation of the EVENT and serve as contact with VW, respectively FIVB when appropriate, for all purposes in connection thereto. 7.5. It is clarified that notwithstanding any participation to meetings by representatives of either VW, the OC is acting on behalf of the ORGANISER which shall in any case remain directly, responsible for the proper performance of all the obligations relating to the organisation of the CITY EVENT.
