Common use of Structured Non-Therapeutic Activities Clause in Contracts

Structured Non-Therapeutic Activities. Contractor shall provide a minimum of six (6) 22 hours of structured non-therapeutic activity per week that includes work, school, and volunteer hours 23 outside the facility, chores, and recreation and socialization activities. Recreational and socialization 24 activities may include, but not be limited to: 25 a. Teach the concepts of rules, teamwork and sportsmanship. 26 b. Provide guidance on use of recreational or leisure time.
