PERSONS TO BE SERVED. In order to receive services through the DMC-ODS, the Client 25 must be enrolled in Medi-Cal, reside in Orange County, and meet medical necessity criteria, as outlined 26 below.
PERSONS TO BE SERVED. The target population for the Non-Emergency Transportation Services program is adults, residing in COUNTY, eighteen (18) years of age or older, who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, as well as adults with substance use disorders, and require non-emergency transportation assistance to essential behavioral health and/or medical appointments, or behavioral health supportive services that support goals identified in their treatment plans.
PERSONS TO BE SERVED. 1 1. CONTRACTOR shall serve Clients, who are referred by COUNTY and authorized for 2 services under the Agreement.
3 2. CONTRACTOR may deny admission of a Client based upon lack of availability of beds.
PERSONS TO BE SERVED. Sobering Center services shall be provided to adults 18 years of age and older, who present with intoxication and can safely be served at the facility. These persons might otherwise be detained by law enforcement or utilize hospital emergency departments for issues related to intoxication. Persons must arrive at the center by vehicle. Arriving on foot is not permitted. Referrals will include HCA identified referral sources and others. This service will be provided to all eligible clients regardless of payor status.
PERSONS TO BE SERVED. Contractor’s personnel shall provide services to inpatients and/or outpatients of County Facility and shall be limited to services requested by the patient’s attending physician.
PERSONS TO BE SERVED. CONTRACTOR shall serve Clients who used substances within 19 the past forty-eight (48) hours of admission and who seek to recover by entering into a program of 20 substance use disorder Residential Detoxification Services. Services shall be provided for those Client’s 21 assessed as not requiring medical detoxification services for the management of withdrawal.

PERSONS TO BE SERVED. The target groups for the Peer Support and Wellness Center (Wellness Center) consist of adults residing in COUNTY, eighteen (18) years of age or older, who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and who may have a co- occurring disorder. The target population should be actively managing their recovery and independently engaged in mental health treatment in the community. The Wellness Center’s services are designed to contribute to an individual’s continued personal growth and help a person gain the skills necessary to sustain independent community living. The Wellness Center program shall have the ability to host a minimum of seventy-five (75) members each day of operation.
PERSONS TO BE SERVED. All residents of Orange County are eligible to receive services despite the ability to pay. In order to receive services through the DMC-ODS, the Client must be enrolled in Medi-Cal, reside in Orange County, and meet medical necessity criteria.
