Student Access Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints, Program Clinical Affiliates and Patients. Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints shall permit access at appropriate times and in accordance with appropriate conditions by Students to any and all areas of the Program Clinical Affiliates as reasonably required to support Students' clinical development. These areas shall include, without limitation, patient care units, laboratories, ancillary departments, health science libraries, conference rooms, cafeteria, and parking facilities. Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints retains final responsibility and authority for all aspects of patient care, operations and management in accordance with the Program policies and procedures.
