Program Policies and Procedures. (a) The Parties acknowledge and agree that Coastal will oversee the Program, and Xxxxxxx will administer the Program pursuant to policies and procedures implemented pursuant to Schedule 2.1(d).
(b) Prosper and Coastal shall develop policies and procedures to comply with all IDV rules and regulations applicable to the Customer Accounts under Applicable Law. Prosper shall develop, implement, and monitor the policies, procedures, agreements, notices and disclosures set forth on Schedule 2.1(d) as described therein (including, but not limited to, BSA/AML Requirements, KYC and IDV policies and procedures), which shall comply with Applicable Law and which shall be subject to the prior written approval of Coastal. Prosper shall conduct the Program in accordance with Applicable Law (including ensuring compliance with all Applicable Law pertaining to BSA/AML Requirements, KYC and IDV in connection with the Program and maintaining appropriate record-keeping relating to the foregoing) and the approved policies implemented pursuant to Schedule 2.1(d). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, (i) Prosper shall not enroll any Customers in the Program until each of the items set forth in Schedule 2.1(d) is agreed upon by the Parties; (ii) Coastal shall be responsible for filing SARs as required by Applicable Law; and (iii) to the extent any of the policies, procedures or any other documentation set forth in Schedule 2.1(d) provide for either Party to implement certain items or take certain actions, said Party shall be responsible for such implementation or action.
(c) Prior to enrolling any Customers in a Customer Account, Prosper shall develop and implement an identity theft prevention program (“IDTP”) designed to detect, prevent and mitigate identity theft in connection with the Program. The IDTP shall be designed to comply with the provisions of 12 CFR 41.90-41.91 and the Interagency Guidelines on Identity Theft Detection, Prevention and Mitigation set forth at Appendix J to 12 CFR Part 41. Prosper shall submit the proposed IDTP to Coastal for its prior review and approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably delayed, conditioned or withheld. If Coastal, in its reasonable discretion, determines that changes to the IDTP are necessary to comply with any Applicable Law, Coastal may modify the IDTP as necessary for such compliance upon [***] notice to Prosper.
Program Policies and Procedures. As an applicant accepted by YFU Student Exchange for the program, I agree and accept that I will abide by and uphold all the YFU Student Exchange policies and procedures as attached to this Agreement and as detailed in the ‘Welcome to Program Pack’ and the ‘The Guide’. I also agree that I will obey all the laws of my host country, the rules and regulations of the school in which I am placed, and the rules established by host family or families for my safety and security even if I have attained the age considered to be an adult in my host country. As an applicant for a YFU Student Exchange program, I accept that I will be respectful and appreciative in my relationships with teachers and students at my host school, with all members of my host family and with YFU Student Exchange partner representatives in my host country. I will participate fully in the family life of my host family and make every effort to adjust to the routines of life with my host family. We agree that if we violate any provision of these terms and conditions or if our son or daughter, during their stay abroad: • engages in any unauthorised travel • is absent without authorisation from the host school or the residence designated for our son or daughter by YFU Student Exchange • violates any provision of this agreement YFU Student Exchange may, in its sole discretion, find that our son or daughter has voluntarily withdrawn from the program. If our son or daughter voluntarily withdraws, or is dismissed, from the program at any time after commencement of the program, we accept that will be liable to pay any additional charges associated with the early return of our son or daughter to Australia or New Zealand.
Program Policies and Procedures. SUBRECIPIENT shall administer the TBRA Program (Program) in accordance with an Administrative Plan (Plan) approved by COUNTY. The Plan shall include written procedures on how the TBRA Program will be implemented in conformance with the federal HOME Program regulations and this Agreement, and shall include at a minimum: • An Affirmative Marketing and Tenant Selection Plan (see Section 3.3 of this Scope of Services); • An application or intake process; • Household eligibility; • The process for determining income‐eligibility in accordance with 24 CRF Part 5; including documents required by the TBRA applicant; • The process for inspecting rental units for housing quality standards set forth in 24 CFR 982.401; • A description of whether a waiting list will be maintained and how applicants will be selected from the waiting list; • Provision of prompt written notification to any rejected applicant of the grounds for any rejection; • Landlord requirements, including but not limited to compliance with lead‐based paint disclosure provisions set forth at 24 CFR 35 Subpart A and HOME‐required lease provisions and prohibited lease terms. In the event of a discrepancy between the HOME Regulations and the provisions of this Agreement, the HOME Regulations shall apply. The Administrative Plan may be amended from time‐to‐time with COUNTY approval.
Program Policies and Procedures. I. All Departments and Supervisors who wish to participate in the FWSP must attend all Supervisor Workshops or send representatives to collect the information. Notices of upcoming Supervisor Workshops will be posted on the Work-Study Web Page (xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxx), announcements will be made in the “@xxxx.xxx”, and reminders will be emailed to all departments and supervisors on file with the FWSO.
II. Departments must submit updated Departmental Agreement to the FWSO by Friday, for participation in the FWSP for the upcoming academic year.
a. Departments must submit Job Request Forms to the FWSO by the date designated by the FWSO. The deadline is usually in mid to late June. Deadlines will be posted on the Work-Study Web page and a reminder will be e-mailed to all departments and supervisors on record. Xxxx will be advertised in the best way determined by the WSO. Currently, jobs are listed ON the Internet via the Career Center’s job recruitment system. Flyers printed by Departments are displayed in the FWSO at the Departments’ request.
b. Work assignments must be meaningful and in the public interest. They may NOT: • displace employed workers or workers on strike • impair existing contracts for services • be related to sectarian instruction or religious worship • involve any partisan or non-partisan political activity or lobbying • be primarily for the benefit of limited members organization (e.g., Cooperatives, Unions, Faculty Association, fraternities/sororities, etc.); or for which the political affiliation of the student is a prerequisite.
c. Supervisors must request the Federal Work-Study Authorization (FWSA), online on SOLAR for each student they wish to hire.
d. Supervisors are responsible for verifying that students hired have completed the payroll sign-in process with the Human Resources (HR) Department by viewing a copy of the students completed sign- in form. Students who have not worked during the last eighteen months or never worked on the CSUN campus must Sign-In with HR.
e. The hiring department is responsible for hiring FWS student, in SOLAR as soon as the student’s FWSA has been approved on-line in SOLAR by the FWSO, and terminating the student from SOLAR once the FWS award has been exhausted.
f. The hiring process is complete when students have signed in with HR, shown a copy of their HR Sign-In form to the supervisor, the FWSA form has been approved online in SOLAR by the FSW Administrator, and the student is hired in SOLAR. Supervisors ...
