Student Information Data Processing System. The District shall provide to the Network the use of the District’s student information data processing system. The use of such system is essential to the transmission of data between the Network and the District to fulfill District, state and federal reporting requirements. The Network shall use such system and shall adhere to all District directives, processes and timelines, with respect to such use. Accurate information will be provided by the Network according to District-provided timelines to ensure state and federal reporting deadlines are met including such documentation as is required to verify student enrollment. In addition, the data recorded in the student information system informs certain measures on the District SPF and the State SPF. The Network shall install and maintain such equipment as is necessary to use such system.
