Student Rights, Responsibilities and Community Expectations. In addition to the Code of Student Conduct, and state and local laws, including public health orders, the following are community expectations for university housing residents and visitors/guests. Residential areas for the purpose of this contract extend one hundred (100) feet from all residential buildings.
