Sub-Contract. The District will not sub-contract for any services provided by the employees covered by this Agreement that will cause a loss of opportunity for normal regular hours or overtime opportunities, except as provided for in the Agreement, and extreme emergencies. A bus/van charter service will be allowed if one or more of the following conditions are met: a) no district buses or drivers are available b) the service can save the District $300.00 or more per occurrence c) general fund money is not used d) MSD cannot provide necessities
