Sub-Custodian. The term Sub-Custodian shall mean any person selected by the Custodian under Section 22 hereof and in accordance with the requirements of the 1940 Act to custody any or all of the Securities and cash of the Trust, and shall include Foreign Sub-Custodians.
Sub-Custodian. Zero Hash may partner with a third-party, including a Zero Hash Affiliate, that is properly licensed and regulated to act as a cryptocurrency custodian to offer sub-custodial services to you (a “Sub-Custodian”). In the case that some or all of your cryptocurrency assets are held by a Sub-Custodian, the Sub-Custodian and not Zero Hash shall be the custodian of those assets. If you are a New York resident as defined in 23 NYCRR 200.2(h), the Sub-Custodian shall be regulated and authorized by the New York State Department of Financial Services to offer custodial and/or sub-custodial services to you. You will be able to track your balances held with any Sub-Custodian in your Zero Hash Account.
Sub-Custodian. The Mint may, with the prior written consent of the Customer, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld and/or delayed, appoint one or more Sub-Custodians to perform any of its duties under the Agreement, including the custody and safekeeping of Precious Metals. The Mint will, on request, provide the Customer with the name and address of any Sub-Custodian retained by the Mint along with any other information which the Customer may reasonably require concerning the appointment of the Sub-Custodian(s).
Sub-Custodian. The custodian may transfer the custodian function to other companies (sub-custodians). The custody of the assets held for the UCITS can be carried out by the sub- custodians specified on the website of Volksbank AG at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx, with which the bank primarily cooperates. There is no conflict of interests as a result of a transfer. The investors in the UCITS have the option at any time to request personally from the custodian and free of charge information on the tasks and duties of the custodian as well as information on the UCITS using the above contact details. The custodian is subject to the provisions of the Liechtenstein FATCA treaty as well as the corresponding implementation regulations in the Liechtenstein FATCA act.
Sub-Custodian. The Custodian may assign the custodian task to other companies (sub-custodians). Custody of the assets held on the account of the UCITS can be exercised by the sub-custodians listed on the website of Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG under xxx.xxx.xx. This assignment does not give rise to any conflicts of interest. Investors in the UCITS have the opportunity at any time to inform themselves in person at the Custodian free of charge about the latest status of the duties and obligations of the Custodian, the sub-custodian, the possible conflicts of interest associated with the activity of the Custodian and the sub-custodian, as well as information about the UCITS using the above-specified contact data. The Custodian is subject to the provisions of the Liechtenstein FATCA Treaty as well as the corresponding execution provisions set out in the Liechtenstein FATCA Act.
Sub-Custodian. The term Sub-Custodian shall mean a Sub-Custodian approved by the Fund as provided in SECTION 18 of this Agreement.
Sub-Custodian. Subject to applicable law, including for greater certainty National Instrument 81-102 - Mutual Funds, the Mint may, at its discretion and with the consent of the Customer, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, appoint Sub-Custodians to perform any of its duties under this Agreement including the custody and safekeeping of Property. The Customer hereby consents to the appointment of The Brink’s Company, through its Canadian subsidiary Brink’s Canada Limited, as a Sub-Custodian. The Mint will, on request, provide the Customer with the name and address of any Sub-Custodian of Property along with any other information which the Customer may reasonably require concerning the appointment of the Sub-Custodian.
Sub-Custodian. All accounts referred to in this Section shall be subject only to draft or order by the Custodian (or, if applicable, such Foreign Sub-Custodian) acting pursuant to the terms of this Agreement to hold cash received by or from or for the account of the Portfolio. Cash maintained on the books of the Custodian (including its branches, subsidiaries and affiliates), regardless of currency denomination, is maintained in bank accounts established under, and subject to the laws of, The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Sub-Custodian. Subject to applicable law, including for greater certainty National Instrument 81-102 — Mutual Funds, and receipt of all required regulatory approvals, the Mint may, at its discretion and with the consent of the Customer which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, appoint one or more Sub-Custodians to perform any of its duties under the Agreement including the custody and safekeeping of Property. The Mint will, on request, provide the Customer with the name and address of any Sub-Custodian of the Property along with any other information which the Customer may reasonably require concerning the appointment of the Sub-Custodian(s).
Sub-Custodian. The term “Sub-Custodian” shall mean, as of the date hereof, HSBC Bank PLC, in its capacity as agent of the Custodian in the U.K. for the purposes of this Custodian Agreement, and any other firm or corporation that may be appointed by the Custodian pursuant to the terms of Section 5.10.
