SUB-PROCESSING AND PERSONNEL. 5.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Council has appointed the Contracted Service Provider, which is a data-processing software provider, as a Sub-processor and the Parties acknowledge that such Sub-processor is also a Processer under Data Protection Legislation. The Contractor agrees to the appointment of the Contracted Service Provider. The Council shall notify the Contractor of any additional Sub- processors 14 days prior to appointing any additional Sub-processors.
SUB-PROCESSING AND PERSONNEL. 5.1 The Processor is hereby authorised within the framework of the Agreement to engage third parties (Sub-Processors). The Processor shall inform the Controller in writing at a mutually agreed email address about any planned change in Sub-Processors used before effectuating the planned change. The Controller has the right to object (in writing, within two weeks and supported by arguments) to a proposed new/changed Sub-Processor. Should the Controller object, the Controller and Processor will jointly endeavour to find a solution.
