Sub-suppliers' Management System. Supplier has to make sure that its sub-suppliers adhere to the same quality and environmental management system standards. Supplier has as well to ensure that its sub-suppliers fulfill all applicable state-of-the-art, industry specific and / or material field specific requirements. Supplier shall take appropriate steps to confirm the effectiveness of the sub-suppliers' management systems.
Sub-suppliers' Management System. With a goal of a preventive quality assurance (including, but not limited to, defect avoidance and continuous improvement) throughout the supply chain, the SUPPLIER shall instruct its sub-suppliers to introduce and maintain a quality management system analog to ISO 9001 standards or assure itself the quality of the pre-supplied products by suitable measures. Sub-suppliers must assure, any and all Industry-specific/material-field-specific requirements, if applicable. SUPPLIER shall take appropriate steps to confirm the effectiveness of the sub-suppliers' management systems. The SUPPLIER shall be held responsible for faults of its sub-suppliers to the same degree as if the faults were its own. 공급망에 있어서의 예방적인 품질 보장(결함 방지 및 지속적인 개선을 포함하나 그에 한정하지 않음)을 목표로, '공급업체'는 그 하위 공급업체로 하여금 <ISO 9001>표준에 준하는 품질 관리 시스템을 도입하고 유지하도록 지도하거나, 자체적으로 적절한 수단을 이용해 사전 공급된 제품의 품질을 확보해🅓 한다. 하위 공급업체는, 적용될 경우, 업계 특정/재료 업계 특정 요건의 일부 및 전부를 충족시켜🅓 한다. '공급업체'는 하위 공급업체의 관리 시스템의 실효성을 확인할 수 있는 적절한 절차를 밟아🅓 한다. '공급업체'는, 하위 공급업체에서 하자가 발생할 경우, 그 하자에 대해 하위 공급업체와 동일한 수준으로 책임을 부담한다.
