Subcontract Agreement. a. Subcontract agreements (Subcontract) shall identify, define, and include those specific services, items, terms, and conditions that are consistent with the Contract and the scope of work including anticipated duration. The Department will monitor and ensure a commercially useful function (CUF) review is performed. These reviews are for the purpose of ensuring that the DBE is performing and managing the work.
