CREW SIZE. 1. The crew size shall be any number of craftspersons and supervision required to safely perform the work and shall be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Employer.
CREW SIZE. The need for, the designation of, and the determination of the number of journeymen, foremen, or general foremen is solely the responsibility of the Employer. If a condition in a Local Agreement conflicts with this paragraph, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. Where a Journeyman in the bargaining unit is one of a regular established crew at a single location and is required to give in- struction and assign work to journeymen and apprentices in construction work, he shall be entitled to a 10% premium. In construction, the terms and conditions of the local build- ing trades agreement related to foremen will apply.

CREW SIZE. 251. To promote safe working conditions, when either of the pile driving water rigs currently in service (October 1998) are driving or pulling pile, the rig shall include one
(1) 9332 Piledriver Supervisor I and five (5) 9330 Pile Workers.
CREW SIZE. The Employer shall have the right to determine the size of survey crew. 106.03 CHIEF OF SURVEY - When a combination of more than seven Party Chiefs and Instrument or Rod person or Apprentices are employed on one project by one employer a working Chief of Survey shall be employed to direct and assist the survey crews. The Chief of Survey shall be paid one dollar per hour above the current Party Chief rate.
CREW SIZE. It is agreed that the minimum crew on a floating xxxxxxx consists of five (5) Piledrivers and a Xxxxxxx when performing piledriving work. Welders can and will be counted as members of the crew on piledriving rigs.
