Subcontracting and Assignability. None of the Project work or services covered by the Contract shall be subcontracted without the prior written consent of the City of Xxxxxxx Community Development Manager. Grantee shall not assign any interest in this Contract and no interest herein may be otherwise transferred without the prior written consent of the City of Xxxxxxx Community Development Manager.

Subcontracting and Assignability. This Contract cannot be subcontracted or assigned without prior written approval of COUNTY. In the event of such approval, any sub-contract or assignment is subject to the same provisions for providing service as the Contract between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR.   • Assignability and Subcontracting Contractor shall not assign this Agreement or any portion thereof to a third party or subcontract with a third party to provide services required by contractor under this Agreement without the prior written consent of County. Any such assignment or subcontract without the County’s prior written consent shall give County the right to automatically and immediately terminate this Agreement.
