Subcontracting, Leasing or Technological Change. (a) In the event Regular Employees will be displaced due to subcontracting, leasing or implementation of technological change, the Employer shall notify the Union at least one hundred twenty (120) calendar days in advance of such change, and every effort will be made to absorb affected Regular Employees into other jobs within the bargaining certificate.
