Subcontracting of Service. The CONSULTANT shall not subcontract or assign any of the architectural, engineering, surveying or consulting Services to be performed under this Agreement without first obtaining the approval of the Client regarding the Services to be subcontracted or assigned and the firm or person proposed to perform the Services. Neither the CLIENT nor the CONSULTANT shall assign any rights or duties under this Agreement without the prior consent of the other party.
