Academic level shall be defined as grade level.

SUBJECT MATTER AND GRADE LEVEL. Teachers in an intermediate, middle or senior high school with an enrollment of more than five hundred (500) shall not be required to teach in more than two (2) subject matter fields as set forth in Standard Practices Regulation #5301 and not more than two (2) academic levels. Academic level shall be defined as grade level. Exceptions may be made for multi-level courses which are open to more than one grade level or in special teaching pro- grams. The assignment of teachers shall be in conformance with Article VII - Assignments and Transfers. In determining individual teaching programs, principals will consult and confer with teachers within the department or grade levels in intermediate, middle and/or high schools in conformance with this section. In the event of unusual circumstances, which require deviations from this section, the Association and Employer may exam- ine the situation and mutually agree to the exception.

Both a community college and a university must partner to request the addition of a course to the transfer list. The university endorsement signifies that the university accepts the course and believes the course should be recommended for statewide consideration.   • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

It is within each party’s discretion to determine who constitutes a senior level negotiator, and this person may be, among other possibilities, a senior executive or in-house counsel. The senior level negotiators shall confer as often as they deem reasonably necessary to exchange information and attempt to resolve the Dispute within thirty (30) Days after the Senior Level Negotiations Notice is given to the other party.

  • Ongoing Trunk Forecast Requirements Where the Parties have already established interconnection in a LATA, Onvoy shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast that complies with the Frontier Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide when Xxxxx develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ interconnection in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (a) Onvoy plans to deploy a new switch; (b) Onvoy plans to implement a new POI or network architecture; (c) Onvoy plans to rearrange its network; (d) Onvoy plans to convert a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group; (e) Onvoy plans to convert a Two-Way Interconnection Trunk group to a One-Way Interconnection Trunk group; or (f) Onvoy expects a significant change in interconnection traffic volume. In addition, upon request by either Party, the Parties shall meet to: (i) review traffic and usage data on End Office and Tandem Interconnection Trunk groups and (ii) determine whether the Parties should establish new Interconnection Trunk groups, augment existing Interconnection Trunk groups, or disconnect existing Interconnection Trunks.

  • Definition of Grievance A grievance shall be defined as any difference arising out of the interpretation, application, administration, or alleged violation of the Collective Agreement.
