Subject to cl. 27.5.1 the teacher’s long service leave will be extended by the period of illness.

Subject to cl. 11, a Teacher must provide the Employer with a minimum of seven (7) term weeks' notice in writing, wholly within the one (1) school term.

Subject to cl. 13, a Technician must provide the Employer with four term weeks’ notice in writing.
