Leave loading is to be calculated using the following formula: [Weekly salary x 4 x 17.5%] x [▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ worked by the teacher in that school year] [Total Term Weeks in that school year] $1000 x 4 x 17.5% = $700 $700 x 20/38 = $368.42.
Note: The following table gives the Maximum Student Contact Time and Minimum Non-Contact Time for a teacher in a school adopting the Maximum Time Tabled Time for its number of Term Weeks.
All appointments of teachers will be regarded as probationary for the first 20 Term Weeks.
