Subject to operational requirements. (a) when the Employer originates a meeting with a grievor in their headquarters area, they will be granted leave with pay and “on duty” status when the meeting is held outside the grievor’s headquarters area; (b) when a grievor seeks to meet with the Employer, they will be granted leave with pay when the meeting is held in their headquarters area and leave without pay when the meeting is held outside their headquarters area; (c) when an employee representative attends a meeting referred to in this clause, they will be granted leave with pay when the meeting is held in their headquarters area and leave without pay when the meeting is held outside their headquarters area.
