SUBMISSION OF LEAVE REQUESTS. a. All leave requests other than sick leave, personal necessity, bereavement, maternity, industrial accident, or jury leave shall be submitted in writing to the department administrator. The department administrator will forward the leave request with a recommendation to the Human Resources Office within five (5) school days. The recommendation and request will be given to the Superintendent for action. Action on the leave request will be taken by the Superintendent or designee within fifteen (15) working days.
